Auction and listing data refresh continuously throughout the day. Curated indices and depreciation curves recalculate nightly. You'll see the exact "last updated" timestamp on every comp card.

Plans are priced per seat, billed monthly or annually (save ~20% annual). We offer Starter, Team, and Enterprise tiers — each with unlimited searches. Volume discounts kick in at 10+ seats.
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your workspace settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't hold your data hostage: exports stay available for 60 days after cancel.
Yes. Accredited academic programs, certified appraisal courses, and qualifying nonprofits receive up to 50% off. Reach out with your accreditation details.

Security & Compliance

Yes — we're SOC 2 Type II certified with annual audits. We can share a current report and pen-test summary under NDA. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
You do. Full stop. Your asset lists, notes, and reports are yours. We never sell customer data, and we don't train third-party models on your workspace content.
Primary infrastructure runs in US-East on hardened cloud providers with multi-AZ redundancy. Enterprise customers can request EU data residency.

We integrate with the major appraisal, ERP, and lending platforms via REST API and native connectors. Common integrations include ValuePro, AppraiseIt, Salesforce, and custom internal systems via our JSON API.
Yes — the Comp Chirp API gives programmatic access to search, comps, and exports. API access is included on Team and Enterprise plans with generous rate limits.

SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning are available on the Enterprise plan. We support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0 identity provider.
Yes — Owner, Admin, Analyst, and Viewer roles let you scope who can invite users, export, or edit workspace settings. Enterprise plans add custom roles.
From Workspace → Members, invite by email or share a domain-restricted signup link. Seats are added to your subscription automatically and pro-rated on the next invoice.
